1. The abstract must be typed in single-space, in English, using at least a 9-point sized font, and should not exceed 500 characters.

• Do not bold, italicize, or underline any items in the title.

• Do not include authors and institutions in the title.

• Avoid the use of abbreviations in the title.

2. Authors should be included as mentioned in the online form (i.e., first name and last name). The presenting author's name should be filled in the "presenting author" column only.

3. Institution: List the institution where the work was carried out. Do not mention individual authors' affiliations.

4. Authors must provide a structured summary, divided into the following five sections: Background, Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

5. Do not include author names, institutions, abbreviations, references, images, or tables in the abstract text.

6. The presenting author must also be a registered delegate for the conference.

7. Once submitted, no corrections are possible. To withdraw an abstract, write to the designated email address within 15 days of submission.

2. All cases must be submitted online.

3. Send the case in .pptx format (PowerPoint 2016 and 2019 save as .pptx by default).

4. Videos should be in MPEG4 (mp4) format.

5. Please embed the video. (In .pptx format, videos are automatically embedded.)

6. Please loop the videos for smooth playback.

7. Please limit the number of slides to 10.

8. The file size should be less than 200 MB.

9. There is no restriction on the number of cases which can be sent by a person or an institution.

10. The scientific committee will review the cases and the cases selected for presentation will be intimated to the presenter.

11. If selected, the final presentation will have to be uploaded prior to the conference. Instructions for the same will be intimated separately to the presenter.
